Alessandra Antinori

Alessandra Antinori CIRSES

She has a university degree in Humanities and Philosophy, with special focus on history, psychology, and educational theories. 

She deals with research and projects in the field of training and educational systems, with special focus on gender-specificity and gender difference-related aspects. 

She started her research activity with outstanding Pedagogy Professors at Rome’s “La Sapienza” University, dealing in particular with history teaching methodologies.  Afterwards, she studied the history of women, gender-related issues, and equal opportunities.

She has developed and strengthened her skills by working with CIRSES, and also by carrying out activities for outstanding research and educational project agencies, as well as cultural associations dealing with education and training-related issues.

She has been involved in the numerous EU Projects on educational and vocational guidance, with special focus on gender differences and the fight against homophobic discrimination, acting as Project designer, manager, leader and coordinator.
